Our country, Kurdistan, has been divided into four parts against the will of our people.
It has been nearly a century since Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Syria put aside all issues between them when the issue is Kurdistan and jointly implement plans to prevent the freedom, salvation and independence of Kurdistan.
The occupier states continue their policies, plans, actions and attacks on all four parts of Kurdistan.
The Turkish state has been pursuing a racist, showy and aggressive policy against the Kurds in northern Kurdistan and in Turkey for 98 years, a policy of occupation, assimilation, denial and destruction.
In Northern Kurdistan and in Turkey, military operations, arrests, investigations, imprisonments, bans and obstructions of political and ideological activities have become part of daily life.
Turkey continues its attacks not only in North Kurdistan, but also in West and South Kurdistan.
Turkey has occupied Afrin, Serê Kani and Girê Sipî in West Kurdistan.Turkey wants to destroy the territorial integrity of West Kurdistan. Turkish-linked military forces kidnap, kill and seize Kurdish homes and property on a daily basis in Efrîn, Serê Kanîyê and Girê Sipî. The Kurds are being expelled from their lands and territories, the riches of the region are being plundered and stolen. The demographics of these regions are changing in disfavor of the Kurds.
The Assad regime continues its chauvinist and racist policies and today, with the support of the Iranian state, does not recognize any national, democratic rights of our people in West Kurdistan and is implementing comprehensive plans to change the demographics of West Kurdistan. At the same time, it wants to destroy all the achievements of the Kurds.
The state of Turkey, Iran and the Assad regime, in order to destroy the existing gains of the Kurds in West Kurdistan, in order for the Kurds not to gain their right to political, national administration in their own country, to stop Kurdish peoples democratic, national rights, implement different plans.Often these states implement these plans together or make way better for each other.
In order to put an end to this oppression, looting, genocide and occupation, in West Kurdistan, first of all, the Kurds need a national unity.
In West Kurdistan, an alliance effort has been launched between the ENKS and the PYNK, based on the 2014 Duhok consencus, and these efforts are promising.
The success of our people in the west of our country is possible only with a healthy alliance and with active international assistance, with rational international diplomacy.
We, as PAK, PDK-North, Pêlkurd, PSK, Kurdistan Democratic Movement, support the efforts of an alliance to establish a joint administration between the Kurdish and Kurdistan forces.
An alliance to establish a joint military, political, economic, and diplomatic administration in West Kurdistan will be the beginning of success through the attainment of national, democratic, political, national, and geographical rights for the Kurdish people.
In West Kurdistan, the participation of other parties outside the ENKS and PYNK in this alliance will strengthen the national, democratic alliance.
The Turkish army continues its attacks on South Kurdistan, a part of the territory of South Kurdistan is occupied by Turkey.
The Iranian state continues its attacks on South Kurdistan with artillery shells by forces such as Heshdi Shahbi.
The governments of Baghdad, Turkey and Iran, together, are pursuing multifaceted dirty plans to undermine federal gains in South Kurdistan, to block the path to independence for southern Kurdistan.
Today, upholding and defending the federal achievements in South Kurdistan, honoring the will of the independence referendum of September 25, 2017, as a national duty is on the shoulders of every Kurd and Kurdistanian in the world.
In order to prevent the defeat plans of the occupier states, all political forces in South Kurdistan in particular and all Kurds and Kurdistan in general, must respect the legitimacy and sovereignty of the Presidency, Parliament and Government of the Kurdistan Region and the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces. The unification and strengthening of state institutions in South Kurdistan and the strengthening of social justice must be the basis for the establishment of South Kurdistan.
The PKK and all armed and political forces, all countries in the region and the world must respect the decision and sovereignty of the Federal Regional Government of South Kurdistan.
The Kurdistan Regional Government, the United Nations, the European Union, NATO and relevant international forces must take a stand against these attacks by Turkey and Iran and take the necessary steps.
The Iranian state executes Kurdish youth in East Kurdistan every day. It is pursuing an occupier policy, a policy of destruction against our people.
The Iranian state is a key actor in violating and obstructing the freedom, sovereignty and national rights of our people in South and West Kurdistan. The efforts and cooperation of the national forces of East Kurdistan in the struggle for freedom will strengthen the hand of our people.
All the developments in the region and in the world have updated the case of Kurds and Kurdistan. Unless the Kurdish people achieve their right to self-determination, unless our people govern themselves in their homeland of Kurdistan, it will not be possible to achieve peace, democracy and a just environment in the region.
Our people with their experience from history and with their knowledge, until they achieve their freedom, will continue their struggle with great courage. For this, too, the task falls primarily on the shoulders of the national forces.
Patriotic and patriotic forces must unite in every part of Kurdistan, and at the same time all national forces must be united throughout Kurdistan in order to preserve the gains, to strengthen the path to freedom, salvation and independence, in cooperation. be, support each other, help each other, act with a national consciousness.
